Mustang's girls are ready to hit the gridiron for the school's second annual Powder Puff Game on Monday.

There will be four teams competing for the title of Mustang's best, including all four grades: freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors.

The winner of the Mustang Tournament qualifies for the first-ever State Powder Puff Tournament with teams from Putnam City, El Reno, Edmond Santa Fe, Westmoore and Norman North on April 2 at Mustang, starting at 1 p.m.

All proceeds from the game, including a $5 entry fee will be donated to the American Cancer Society by way of Mustang's Relay for Life program. Concession stands will be open for the event.

Last year, the junior class took home the title and will be looking for a repeat now as seniors.

Coaching the teams will be Chandler Garrett, Cole Daniel, Kiante Miles, Caden Arthur, Deontre Thomas, Carter Rees, Brayden Garrett, Harrison Gilman, Hayden White, Justin Wardlaw and Blaine Helling.
