SPRING PRACTICE/TRYOUT WAIVER

If a student athlete participated in any sports for the previous school year AND had a physical already filed in their RankOne file, that clears them for tryouts and/or spring practices until the physical expires on June 1st.

If a student athlete did not participate in a sport for the previous school year OR is transfering from another district, a spring practice/tryout waiver must be filled out and filed with their RankOne forms before participating. This clears them until they can get a physical for the upcoming year.
