Head Boys Coach
Jake Fielder

Coach Fielder is in his first year at Mustang. Prior to joining the Broncos, he was the head boys and girls cross country at Jones High School. He was also the head girls coach during that tenure. While at Jones, he coached the Longhorns to 4 conference championships, 1 regional championship, and coached 5 different all-staters. Coach Fielder ran cross country and track in high school for Jones High School. He was named All-State in cross country and was a captain for Jones' 2009 state championship cross country team. Coach Fielder then attended college at the University of Oklahoma, earning his degree with a major in Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering. He has 1 daughter named Olivia with his wife Chanel.
The Mustang boys are one the most storied cross country programs in the state. The have won 3 State Championships, 3 State Runner up teams, and 3 Individual State Champions who have won a combined 5 Individual State Titles. Since ’91 the teams have had 51 All-State runners.

Coach Osborne has been coaching at Mustang for 11 seasons. During that time, he has coached Cross Country, Track and Field, and Golf. This will be his 14th year teaching at Mustang High School. Coach Osborne ran cross country and played golf in high school for Tahlequah High School. He has continued his passion for running into his adult life. Coach Osborne went to college and played golf for Oklahoma Baptist University for 2 years before completing his degree with a major in Zoology at Oklahoma State University. He has 4 children with his wife Brittany. Alexis, Bentley, Miles and Brylee.
The Mustang Girls Cross Country team has many accomplishments through the years. Along those years, the program has 3 State Championships, 1 State Runner-up finish, 3 Regional championships, 17 Conference Championships, and 2 Academic State Championships. The girls program also has 4 individual State Champion titles.
