Chad Long

Coach Long is a 1997 & 1998 graduate of Southern Nazarene University. He has two Bachelor of Science degrees in Pre-Law/Social Studies and Secondary Education. He also has minors in Sports Management/ Coaching and Music Performance. He played basketball at Rice University and Southern Nazarene. Coach Long also worked at Kanakuk camps for 11 summers (1992-2003). A 1991 Graduate of P.C. West High School, He played soccer for 11 years with Northwest Optimist Soccer Club. He enjoys playing the guitar and leading praise and worship. Coach Long loves going on road trip adventures with his favorite co-pilot and amazing wife, Angie. He is also proud of his 18-year-old daughter, Melanie, who is a senior and committed to play volleyball at Seminole St next year.
This is his 22nd year at Mustang teaching World History Oklahoma History and is a living Oklahoma History encyclopedia. He was the 2022-23 Mustang High School Teacher of the Year. This is his 20th year as a soccer coach at Mustang. He coached basketball for 13 years, during which he won 18 first-place tournament championships, had a 60 straight game winning streak over 4 seasons (including 3 straight undefeated seasons), helped with the Mustang girls 2006 State Championship, and was also named Oklahoma Basketball Coaches Association’s Junior High Basketball Coach of the Year in 2010. 2010 was also the year that he led the JV soccer team to a so-called JV State Championship.

Isaias Silva
RecordIsaias Silva is in his 3rd season with the Broncos. Isaias is a 2021 graduate of Mustang and attends Oklahoma Christian where he also plays soccer. He is a Criminal Justice Major. Isaias was a two-time United Coaches Association All-American and a member of the All-State team. He is the current all-time leading goal scorer in Mustang history. He also plays semi-pro with the Oklahoma 1889 Imps.

TJ Renyer

TJ Renyer is a 2019 Mustang Graduate and a 2023 Graduate from Oklahoma Christian. He has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and is in his first year teaching Algebra 1 here at Mustang High School. This is his first season coaching at Mustang and 3rd coaching at the High School level. TJ had a successful high school career here at Mustang making the program's first state-semi-final appearance in 2017 and captaining the team to another state semi-final appearance in 2019. TJ and his fiancé Madi, who is a postpartum nurse at Integris Baptist, graduated from Mustang together and now have two puppies, Luna who is 5, and Davie who is 6 months old. TJ and Madi enjoy long runs, their dogs, tropical smoothie, watching OU football, and attending The Bridge in Mustang.
