Garrett Hurst is a lifelong Mustang Bronco, graduating from Mustang High School in 2005. Garrett ran cross country and played tennis during his middle school and high school days. He earned a scholarship from Oklahoma Christian University where he played soccer and tennis. Garrett graduated from OC in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in professional education and physical education, health, and safety. He has taught and coached tennis for Mustang Public Schools since graduating in 2009. Coach Hurst served as the MNMS Athletic Director for six years. Coach Hurst resides locally with his wife Aleece, who is a Mustang School District employee, and their three children, who attend Mustang Public Schools.
